Hongluonv Cultural Square (also known as Hongluonv Cultural Park) is located on the north side of the Waterfall Bridge and about 100 meters from the north entrance of jingpo Lake Scenic Area in Ning an City, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the only place to enter Diaoshuilou Waterfall. It has the dual functions of tourist gathering and cultural display, and is known as the soul of jingpo Lake.

Hongluonv is a folklore figure that has been circulated for thousands of years in the Mudanjiang River Basin (defined in folklore circles as a hard-working and kind-hearted fisherman's daughter). Legend has it that she holds the "Pingbo Mirror" that can ward off disasters. The mirror fell to the ground and turned into Jingpohu. The square takes this legend as its core, integrates the national culture of Mohe (Bohai Kingdom), and uses a group of sculptures to materialize the myth and history; the name of the garden was inscribed by Feng Jicai, a famous writer and chairman of the Chinese Folk Literature and Art Association.
