To revitalize idle assets in Jingpo Lake Scenic Area, tap into the advantages of aquatic ecological resources and further strengthen the integrated cultural, tourism and sports brand of Jingpo Lake, the renovation project of Jingpo Lake Staff Training Center of China Construction Bank Heilongjiang Branch officially commenced on May 15, 2026.

By activating idle scenic assets and leveraging existing resources, the project will diversify cultural tourism forms, improve the tourism development system, boost coordinated development of national fitness and water sports, and drive integrated growth of outdoor sports, sports tourism and event economy.

The renovation area of Jingpo Lake Staff Training Center of Heilongjiang Branch, China Construction Bank covers 5,192.03 square meters. The project focuses on interior and exterior decoration renovation, water supply and drainage pipeline reconstruction, electrical system upgrading, heating system optimization and overall building maintenance. With a total investment of over 17 million yuan, it is expected to be fully completed and operational by the end of October.

Upon completion, the center will cooperate with the Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Cadre Training Center to advance the construction of summer training grounds for the national rowing team and support base for the national youth rowing team. It will build a northern national water sports training base integrating power water sports, waterfront leisure and professional event services, and comprehensively elevate the integrated development capacity of culture, tourism and sports in Jingpo Lake.

Going forward, the Jingpo Lake Administrative Committee will fully unlock the combined development potential of culture, tourism, sports and ecology, translate superior aquatic ecological resources into driving force, and sustain industrial innovation and steady economic growth of the scenic area.
