Notice on Establishing a Fixed Centralized Study Day for Party Members and Cadres

To All Departments and Units:
In order to strengthen the theoretical study of Party members and cadres, effectively promote the construction of a learning-oriented Party organization and government body within the Management Committee, and enhance theoretical literacy and ideological standards, it has been decided through research that every Friday afternoon from 14:00 to 15:00 will be designated as the fixed centralized study day. In case of special circumstances, the time may be postponed or adjusted accordingly.
Participation scope: All party members and cadres of the organization, and the top leaders of grassroots units.
Form of Study: Organized by the Party General Branch of the organ, the learning content will be adjusted and updated based on the current situation and the relevant work arrangements of the municipal Party committee and government.
Study Requirements: 1. Heads of each department (unit) must conscientiously organize and participate in the study, raising the level of attention and earnestly implementing the relevant requirements; 2. Absences are not allowed except under special circumstances. If unable to attend due to work or other reasons, a leave request must be promptly submitted to the Party General Branch of the organ; 3. Study notes, reflections, and related records are required. After the centralized study sessions, each branch must continue to organize its members for further learning.
