At the meeting, all participating cadres collectively studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the "Report on the Special Inspection and Research on Implementing the New Development Concepts by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee." Addressing issues in ideological understanding, institutional mechanisms, coordination, and cadre capabilities and work style, they studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on implementing the new development concepts, drawing lessons from them to ensure rectification and implementation in future work. They also deeply studied the"eleven key points" of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law and the spirit of his speech at the conference commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution. Subsequently, following the arrangements for Party history education, they watched the historical documentary "Forging Heroes in White Mountains and Black Waters," featuring the deeds of Luo Dengxian, to enhance staff's understanding and grasp of the "Four Great Spirits" of Longjiang, inherit the red gene, continue the spiritual lineage, and promote the effectiveness of Party history education.
