On October 15, in accordance withthe work deployment of the Lake Chief System, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee organized and carried outa special action to "clear the four disorders," focusing on cleaning up the shoreline environment from the Jingpohu Lake Villa Pier to the Yama Nose area in the South Lake,and conducted comprehensive rectificationon issues such as "illegal fishing and haphazard harvesting" in the waters from the Central Lake to the South Lake. The Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee, the Social Affairs Bureau, the Jingpohu Lake Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, the Aquaculture Farm, the Garden and Sanitation Center, and the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau of Mudanjiang City participated in the operation.Fishing Administration Brigade, etc.Seven departments are involved in this operation.

This special operation,deployed a total of8 law enforcement vehicles and 1 law enforcement vessel, involving 29 law enforcement personnel and 7 sanitation workers, lasting nearly 9hours. A total of 6 riverside fishing steel sheds (over 100 square meters), 3 fishing tents (over 30 square meters), 7 fishing shacks (over 100 square meters), 3 makeshift toilets were dismantled, and over 50 bags of shoreline garbage were cleared.6处（超100平方米），钓鱼帐篷3顶（超30平方米），钓鱼窝棚7处（超100平方米），简易厕所3处，清理沿岸垃圾50余袋。

Through this special rectification campaign, the environment along the lakeshore of Jingpohu Lake has beenpurified,The issue of illegal fishing in fishery management has been effectively addressed, and the management and governance capabilities of the scenic area have significantly improved. This has boosted the enthusiasm and morale of the staff in the law enforcement departments of the scenic area, who have unanimously expressed their determination to strictly enforce the "Regulations on Scenic and Historic Areas" as a tool to crack down on various illegal activities within the scenic area, safeguarding the pristine waters and lush mountains of Jingpohu.

Next, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee will take this special campaign as a starting point to strengthen joint law enforcement, comprehensive law enforcement, and rectification actions, transforming periodic rectification into normalized and institutionalized governance. Through a series of continuous, strict, and effectiverectification efforts, it will resolutely curb illegal activities within the Jingpohu Lake scenic area, such as"random fishing, unauthorized construction, uncontrolled grazing, and illegal transportation," which damage the tourism environment, to make the mountains greener, waters clearer, and surroundings more pristine in the Jingpohu Lake scenic area.
