On November 5th, a 10-member inspection team from the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee and the Municipal State-owned Investment Company visited the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area in Jilin Province for an inspection. During the visit, the team focused on examining the institutional mechanisms of the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, the corporate governance structure of the affiliated group company, as well as the operation and construction of the scenic area. They also held discussions with the Changbai Mountain Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd. Relevant officials from the Changbai Mountain Development Group and the Changbai Mountain Tourism Development Company accompanied the inspection and participated in the discussions.

At the symposium, the attending leaders provided detailed introductions on their respective scenic areas, including the background of the companies' establishment, the layout of business sectors, strategic development directions, as well as basic information about the geography, culture, and history of the scenic areas.The Jingyuetan Management Committee discussed the institutional mechanisms of Changbai Mountain.A special exchange was held on the "9+1" operational model. The Municipal State-owned Investment Corporation inquired in detail about how Changbai Mountain Group carries out scenic area construction and development, how to enrich tourism offerings for both winter and summer seasons, and how to optimize corporate governance structures and strengthen capital operation management.

After returning to Mudanjiang City, the Jingpohu Lake Management Committee and the Municipal State-owned Investment Company held a discussion with the team members who participated in the inspection. They summarized the gains and insights from the trip and exchanged views on matters related to winter tourism in the scenic area.
