The Jingpohu Lake Volcanic Cluster consists of over ten craters, including the Crater Forest, Daganpao, Wudao Valley, Mihunzhen, and Hamatang compound volcanic cones, totaling 16 craters. The spatial distribution of the craters confirms the development of northeast-trending structures in the Jingpohu Lake volcanic cluster, which are controlled by the Mishan-Dunhua deep fault and its secondary northeast and east-west trending faults, belonging to an intraplate tectonic environment.
