From March 31 to April 1, a research team from the Songhua Lake Administration of Jilin City, Jilin Province visited Jingpo Lake Scenic and Historic Area to conduct a special investigation and study on advanced experience in water area management, vessel management and legislation.

On the afternoon of March 31, the research team from the Songhua Lake Administration went deep into the South Lake Wharf and the Mountain Villa Wharf of Jingpo Lake Scenic Area successively to conduct on-the-spot research on wharf safety management, standardized ship operation and other work. They gained a detailed understanding of the scenic area’s practical experience and management models in water area order control, construction of ship and wharf facilities, cruise ship service support and other aspects.

On the morning of April 1, the two sides held a symposium on ship legislation, law enforcement and management.At the meeting, the Jingpo Lake Administrative Committee systematically introduced experience and practices in the development of the regulatory system, law enforcement on water vessels, and safety risk prevention and control, focusing on key work including the legislative drafting process of the Regulations on the Administration of Vessels in the Waters of Jingpo Lake, water safety control, and infrastructure construction, providing a useful reference for the Songhua Lake Administration to carry out relevant work.
